Immigration Chiang Mai has moved back from Promenada Shopping Center to its original new place near the Chiang Mai Airport.
First-hand information about your stay permit, extension of stay, residence confirmation etc. can best be obtained from the Immigration office. The middle counter in the central new building is your first approach, where officials will answer your questions and provide you with forms, e.g. application form for the extension of stay. If your documents are ready and complete will be proofed by the officer, then you will get a case number.
